Kashmir family package

We booked a 5-night Kashmir trip from Toronto. The counsellor sent a written itinerary with hotels and transfers before we paid. Houseboats, Gulmarg and the airport pickups all matched what was on the confirmation. That clarity is why we booked with them instead of a random OTA.

Houston–Delhi flights

Needed Houston to Delhi with a sensible layover for my parents. They compared options, explained baggage and the fare rules in plain English, then sent the tickets on email the same day. Human support on WhatsApp while we were in transit made a real difference.

Kerala honeymoon

Our Kerala honeymoon was planned around houseboats, Munnar and a quiet beach stay — not a packed coach tour. Pricing was itemised (hotel category, meals, transfers) so there were no surprises at check-in. The driver was on time every morning.

Himachal family holiday

Travelling from Dubai with kids. They built a slower Himachal itinerary, confirmed rooms in writing, and arranged a larger car for the hills. When one hotel had a date clash they rebooked it before we landed. Felt like a specialist, not a call centre.

Andaman holiday

Andaman flights plus hotels and island transfers were bundled with a written confirmation. The Havelock boat tickets were already in our name. Support replied on WhatsApp from the UK evening, which is rare with India-based agencies.

Flights, hotel and car

Booked flights, a hotel and an airport car in one conversation. Payment was online and the voucher arrived with the same details we had agreed. When the flight moved by an hour they updated the driver without us chasing anyone.
