These Terms and Conditions apply to all holiday packages, flights, car rentals and related travel services booked through Dial for Holidays at dialforholidays.com (the “Website”). By using this Website or confirming a booking with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Our role
We plan and sell travel arrangements in our own name and also act as an agent when we reserve hotels, airlines, transfers, rail tickets, sightseeing and other services for you. Tickets, vouchers and hotel confirmations are also subject to the rules of those suppliers. We are not those suppliers, and we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, overbooking or service changes that they control, except where Indian law says otherwise.
2. Bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed only after we receive the advance payment we quote for that trip and send you a written confirmation. The remaining balance is due before travel starts, as stated on your invoice. Peak dates such as Christmas and New Year, special trains, and high-demand hotels may require full payment in advance.
You may pay by bank transfer, UPI or other methods we share on your invoice. Keep the payment reference and send proof to [email protected] so we can attach it to your file.
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees unless we say otherwise. After the tour cost is agreed, extra government taxes, monument fees, fuel surcharges or similar official charges may be added if they are introduced or increased.
3. Your details
Give us names exactly as they appear on passports or other travel documents, plus working phone and email contacts. Wrong names, late documents or unpaid balances can lead to supplier cancellation. You are responsible for visas, passports, vaccinations and entry rules for every traveller on the booking.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel in writing to [email protected]. Charges are calculated from the working day we receive that notice (Sunday notices are treated as received on Monday):
- 45 days or more before arrival: 10% of the tour or service cost
- 15 to 44 days before arrival: 25% of the tour or service cost
- 7 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the tour or service cost
- Within 48 hours of arrival, or no-show: no refund
Bookings for 20 December to 5 January are non-refundable. Wildlife safari permits in Indian national parks and sanctuaries are non-refundable; a date change is treated as a cancellation.
If you leave a trip after it has started, any refund is limited to what we can recover from hotels and other contractors. Unused rooms, vehicles, meals or tickets are not refundable unless the supplier pays us back.
Airline, hotel and car-rental tickets often follow the supplier’s own fare rules, which can be stricter than the schedule above. We will tell you those rules at the time of booking.
5. Changes by Dial for Holidays
Itineraries on dialforholidays.com are sample plans. Weather, road conditions, park closures, supplier availability or traveller fitness may require a change before or during the trip. We will try to offer a similar alternative. If a major part of the trip cannot be provided and you do not accept the alternative, we will refund the unused portion we recover from suppliers.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for the unused part of that booking, except where the law does not allow that limit. We are not liable for loss of enjoyment, missed connections you arranged yourself, or events outside our reasonable control (including strikes, weather, political unrest, epidemics and government orders).
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Buy cover that includes cancellation, medical treatment and baggage before you travel.
7. Website use
Content, photos, package descriptions and prices on dialforholidays.com belong to Dial for Holidays unless credited otherwise. Do not copy them for commercial use. Package prices can change until you receive a written confirmation. Flight and car search results are live quotes and may change before you pay.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer law.
